We hope that you're having a great time with your I Love Sarees purchase. But if something isn't right or just not what it should be, you can let us know. To cancel an unworn item(s), you can raise a return request and fill out the form on our website. Once you submit, you will receive confirmation via email about processing refunds - which includes providing pre-paid return labels too.
Request a ReturnPlease note our return policy:
- Please make your return within seven days of the delivery date.
- We will not accept products that have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- When we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them to make sure that they meet our return policy requirements.
Your happiness is our top priority! And so we appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this process.
You are guaranteed to get your refund within 3-5 business days of package receipt, and it'll be issued back into the same method you used for purchase!
We do not have exchange options at this point. However, you can return the item and place a new order on www.ilovesarees.com.
We're so sorry if your purchase is not perfect! We take huge care in ensuring the quality of our products, but sometimes they can have manufacturing defects. Don't worry; we'll exchange/replace them for you if you let us know within 8 hours after receiving delivery via info@ilovesarees.com mentioning your Order ID.
If you find the package tampered, don't accept delivery and return it! Please email us at info@ilovesarees.com mentioning your Order ID so we can take care of things for you.
International shipping is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Visit our Returns Center page and follow the prompts to make a return.
Once our team has approved your request, we will send you an email with the return number and instructions to ship it back!
Please include that return number in the parcel being returned to us.

We'll notify you once your package has been received at the office, and then we can process a refund subject to return conditions.
If you want to cancel or do any modifications to your order, please drop us an email at info@ilovesarees.com with the order ID within 2 hours after placing an order.
If you try to cancel your order before it is handed over to the courier service providers, we'll refund 100% of what you've paid. You can't cancel an order once the courier processes it.
We can't take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Cancellations can't be made owing to the delay in receiving orders.
