We use azo-free dyes for all of our exquisite sarees that don't contain harmful or toxic chemicals like bleach and nitrogen.
We work hard to ensure that the photos we take of our products are evenly lit, so the colours you see on your laptop or phone screen are as close to what's there. However, minor differences and imperfections could charm handloom lovers because these are primarily handmade pieces.
We can't customize a single saree as it is challenging to make one, and the production cost increases. We could offer a customized order when ordering in bulk quantities of 50 sarees or more.
Yes, we will edge your saree for free! We do this to protect both ends of the garment so that you can enjoy a smooth drape and avoid frayed edges.

Kindly check the size chart which is on our website before placing any blouse order. If you face any issues, you can return the blouse. Or we can repair it for you after you have shipped it to us.

Shipping information will be sent to the customers with a tracking number for your parcel once we ship your order. International orders are shipped using DHL Express & FedEx.
Indian orders shipped using the standard shipping service will arrive in 2 to 5 working days, and international orders can expect to be received within 7 to 10 business days.
As an international customer (outside of INDIA), you may be charged import taxes and customs duties, and you are required to pay these taxes. You could contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
No, we don't accept cash on delivery payments.

We guarantee your transactions will be 100% secure with us. We do not store any payment data, so if there's an issue in receiving the funds from another source bank account, then it'll get kicked back to you within a 24-hour window of time that has been confirmed by banks for this process alone!

Shipping charges are free for Indian clients. Shipping charges for international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.
We use a variety of trusted logistics providers and partners to deliver your products. Your order will be delivered by one or more selected shippers, depending on the distance it needs to travel!
Once you place your order, ilovesarees.com will assign it to one of our logistics partners, who then sends a tracking link directly via email after the assignment has been made! It's easy as pie (and we're not just talking about delicious desserts here).
We get that you're waiting with bated breath until your package arrives. We'll make three tries to deliver the order on consecutive days, so there's no chance of going unnoticed! Yes, we do deliver all over India. If delivery service is unavailable through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post.
Yes, we do ship worldwide.
Customers have to bear custom charges or any other additional charges. From 21 July 2021 onwards, all our EU customers have to bear the VAT charges apart from the customs charges.
Our delivery partners for Indian customers are Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DHL, India post, etc.
If the packaging is tampered with/damaged before delivery, kindly refuse the package from the delivery person. Also, please email us at info@ilovesarees.com with the order ID, and we'll make sure to offer you a new replacement at no additional cost.
- You must make your return within seven days of the delivery date.
- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Upon receiving returned goods, I Love Sarees reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- We don't offer returns for customized blouses.
- If there is an excessive number of returns in twelve months can cause us to reject future orders from you.
