Wear a non-padded fitted bra while taking your bust measurement. A flexible measuring tape is needed. Round your measuring tape directly over the fullest part of your chest. Relax your arms and breathe usually. The measuring tape should be parallel and shouldn't squeeze your chest, nor should it be loose. back neck depth
Wear a well-fitted non-padded bra. Take a flexible measuring tape. Start your measurements from the centre of your neck, move it across the lower part of your back to where you want your blouse opening to end. That's your back neck depth measurement.
